Love God

We believe that God is the Creator of all that exists, and that He Himself has existed eternally in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that God created us to worship Him through community and to give Him glory. We believe that sin has kept us from knowing God and worshipping Him. Even so, God still loves us and He sent His son, Jesus, God in flesh, to live sinlessly on earth and die on the cross to pay the penalty for our sin. After three days He was physically resurrected, and now offers a restored relationship with God to all who believe in Him. We believe that salvation is a free gift given to us by God Himself and it must be received personally by faith. We believe the Bible to be God's Word. It is a true and fully accurate account of God's love for us. Its purpose is to teach us how to have a relationship with Him, worship Him and bring Him glory. Since we believe these things, we come together as a community to worship Him throughout the week through the studying of His word, through prayer, music, Baptism, and Lord's Supper.

Love People

We believe that Jesus established His Body on earth in the Church. With Him as the head of the body, the Church exists as a community for the purpose of declaring the Gospel and glory of Jesus throughout the world. This community is a part of the kingdom of God here on earth. This means that every believer should be identified with a local body of believers for the purpose of mutual encouragement, spiritual growth and accountability. Since we believe these things, we come together to meet in our Life Groups throughout the week so these things can take place more readily in everyday life.

Make Disciples

We believe that God cares about the salvation of every person. Christ promised that He would build His Church and it would prevail. His plan for building the Church has always been through making disciples. Every believer is called and equipped through the Spirit to be a disciple maker by sharing the gospel with the lost and discipling new believers. The power for making disciples is not centered on the skill of the believer but in the blood of Christ and the work of the Spirit. Since we believe these things, we endeavor to make disciples in our homes, in our community, and throughout the world.
